The Fine Print
For payments and deposits we can accept Visa and Mastercard.
Or, if you prefer, you can send us a check or money order. Please allow 5 to 10 days for personal check to clear our bank before shipping can occur.
Once payment has cleared we will ship your instrument to you via UPS. All shipping and handling chargers are the responsibility of the purchaser. Most instruments can be shipped within the continental US for about $35.
Once you receive your instruments you will have a 48 hour approval period. If you decide to keep it let us know so we can update our records. If you decide to return the instrument let us know so we can authorize a refund. Once we receive the instrument, in the same condition as it left, we will send you a refund minus the cost of shipping. The purchaser is responsible for prompt return shipping and proper packing of the instrument. If you have any questions about packing and shipping an instrument please ask.
All instruments are set up and inspected by our repair shop before we box and ship. Please let us know if you have any particular set up requirements.
